Big Money, Small Problems Savings Challenge — Terms and Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Busha Terms of Use (Terms), guide your participation in the Big Money, Small Problems Savings Challenge (Savings Challenge) organised by Busha Digital Limited (“Busha”, “we”, “us”, “our”) in conjunction with I Said What I Said (ISWIS). By participating in the Savings Challenge, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

1. The Big Money, Small Problems Savings Challenge is open to all verified Busha users in Nigeria who maintain up-to-date verification and onboarding documentation on the Busha Platform (Mobile App and Website), follow Busha on Twitter and Instagram and are subscribed to the Busha Instagram broadcast channel.
2. To qualify for monthly rewards, participants must maintain a consistent savings plan on Busha throughout the qualifying calendar month (from the first day to the last day) and meet the savings target set by Busha. Commencement, termination, benefits, specific targets, and other information regarding the Savings Challenge for each month will be communicated on Busha's Instagram page, @getbusha. Busha reserves the right to commence and terminate the Savings Challenge at any time by publishing such notice on its Instagram page.
3. Rewards may include financial, lifestyle, and experiential benefits, as determined by Busha from time to time. Busha reserves the right to modify, substitute, suspend, or withdraw any reward at its discretion.
4. Winners will be selected from verified, genuine participants only. Busha reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, including creating multiple accounts or manipulating savings activity to game the challenge or in breach of these Terms and our general terms of use. 
5. Rewards will be announced during the ISWIS podcast episodes and on Busha's Instagram page in the first week of the following month. Winners must respond to the announcement within 7 days to claim their prizes.
6. Non-cash reward redemption will take place at the Busha office or at a designated location, as communicated to each winner. A Busha team member will be present at all redemptions.
7. By participating, you consent to Busha capturing your images and using them as content (photos and videos) for marketing purposes, including reward redemptions.
8. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the reward is explicitly financial.
9. Busha reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold or withdraw rewards where abuse or irregular play is suspected.
10. Busha shall process all personal information in accordance with the Nigerian Data Protection  Act (NDP Act) 2023 and its Privacy Policy. By participating, Participants consent to the collection and processing of their information for purposes connected with the Savings Challenge.
11. Busha shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the Challenge, including losses resulting from participant error, system downtimes, third-party failures, or events beyond Busha's reasonable control.
12. Busha reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this challenge or alter these terms at any time or without notice, for any reason deemed necessary. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly to be aware of any changes or updates we make, and you agree to do so. Any changes made to these terms shall take effect immediately once published. 
13. Busha values transparency and fairness. Our goal is to make saving rewarding, literally. 
14. Participating in this challenge constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and Busha’s general Terms of Use.
15. Busha’s decision on any dispute concerning this challenge is final. No further correspondence will be entered into concerning this challenge after such a decision.
